Landon is having his tonsils removed today. I am not an over-reactor-about-medical-things kind of mommy. However, sending your child off with a nurse to get surgery is quite nerve wracking. Especially as he is being SO very brave. How can we protect him like God wants me to while he is back there? I can't. God wants us to trust Landon to His care and be patient. I can do that.

Loose teeth
Oh my... Landon has three loose teeth. All at once! He has this idea that he is going to lose the first one at school, where, upon losing this said tooth, he will be directed to the principals office to get a little treasure box to place his tooth in. I can hardly believe it. I remember when I first noticed the little tooth. He was 5 months and three days old. I was so excited! We were at Josh's baseball practice and it was a cloudy and chilly day in England. Two by two the teeth came in. I wonder if that's how they will be replaced by "parent teeth".
So... In reality, Landon lost tooth number one the Saturday before our recent trip to Great Wolf lodge. Eating cereal and it just popped out! The tooth fairy brought him a $5 and he wasn't quite asleep. So naturally he assumed it was Joshua. He's a sneaky one. Tooth number 2 came out yesterday. I had to pluck it out because he had a little hanger and it wouldn't just fall out. He didn't mind it so much. Aiden on the other hand, is terrified of the Tooth Fairy. He made me write a note that he has on the wall. It says, "Tooth fairy. Do not come in my room. " Little boys with big imaginations. Aiden thinks the T.F. Is going to steal his teeth right out of his head. Poor guy.

Sooo. Uncle David is teaching Landon how to skate. It has to be the cutest thing I have ever seen. Landon actually let go of him and moved around by himself too!!! I was smiling so big. Aiden loved it too. Dave carried him around on the ice for a couple of laps. He was laughing the whole time. I have a feeling if the two boys were out there together (when they are older of course) they could be just like the Hansen Brothers. Aiden had the HUGEST fit when it was time to leave I had to strap him into the stroller to get him out of the arena! Josh is doing well too. He is working hard and getting to know God a lot more. We hope all of you are well too! Much love!

Here in MT
Hi everyone! I just want to let you know that I love cold weather!!! It has been nice and cool in MT and that is AWESOME!!!! Josh has made it to his place in the Desert and I will try to keep everyone updated as we go. If you are feeling left out please let me know, it isn't on purpose. We went and picked our pumpkins a couple of days ago and costumes too. Hopefully by the time Halloween rolls around I will have my computer up and running. I have been having issues with the right equipment so I can add any pictures yet. Thank you for your prayers and support. I truly feel like we are being surrounded by God's grace and love. I hope all is well for you and I will be talking to you soon! Much love!
